RECRUITMENT Process Start After Receiving of Demand Letter and Power of Attorney from Employer.

  • Power of Attorney
  • The power of Attorney is issued by the employer of their normal letterhead and serves as an authority for the Recruiting agency in Pakistan to recruit personnel on their behalf.
  • Letter of Requirement of Personnel
  • This letter is commonly known as “DEMAND LETTER” and is issued on the employer’s letter head giving details of manpower required together with salaries benefits etc. offered to the employees.
  • Authority letter
  • The authority Letter enables us to process the visa formalities with the Embassy or consulate of the country to which the employee is proceeding.


PERMISSION TO RECRUIT


After receiving the attested demand letter and power of attorney from the respective company, the documents are presented to immigration department of Pakistan for pre-labor approval/ permission. The Immigration Department & Protectorate of Pakistan analyzes the documents and gives us permission for further processing and recruitment.

ADVERTISEMENT


Once permission is taken from the authorized institutes of Pakistan, we begin our recruitment process by advertisement in national newspaper for collecting documents, using different tools like internet, SMS and Telephone etc.


SELECTION


Always an updated data bank is maintained with processed information on workers, professionals, skilled, semiskilled, unskilled labor for ready recruitment. Regular trade-tests and interviews are conducted to determine grade, qualifications, possession of certificates, license, training, experience etc.
